Can I use my existing Telephone numbers?Yes. DCI UMS provides you with with either a shared or private telephone number which you can use as your primary number. You may also forward existing land line or cell phone numbers to the DCI UMS service. All that is required is the "Call Forward Busy/Call Forward No Answer" feature on the phone numbers you wish to forward. Your local or mobile phone company may charge you a fee for this feature. Call forward no answer will forward the call to a phone number after a specified number of rings, usually 3 or 4. Call forward busy will automatically forward any call if the line is busy.
